Amber Jones

Amber began her career with Drake’s more than eight years ago as a server before quickly moving into leadership as a key manager and later a salaried manager in Huntsville, Alabama. She spent seven years there, growing both her career and her family, and is now proud to be back in Indianapolis as Managing Partner.

Amber is passionate about fostering a positive work environment and keeping her team motivated. She especially enjoys working Sundays, when she prepares family meals for her team members. Outside of work, she loves writing, cooking, and baking. On her days off, you’ll often find Amber spending time with her daughter, who has already become a true Drake’s fan—especially when it comes to pickles and cheese.
