Zoë Wolfe

Zoë Wolfe has been part of the Drake’s Knoxville family since February 2017. She began her journey as a server and quickly advanced to bartender within her first year. From there, Zoë became a certified trainer, key shift manager, and eventually moved into full-time management. Over the years, she has served as service manager, training manager and bar manager before stepping into her current role as managing partner of Drake's Knoxville.

A proud Knoxville native, Zoë has deep roots in the community, and even in the very building that now houses Drake’s. As a child, she spent time in the building when it was home to Charlie Pepper’s, where her father was the general manager. Reflecting on her journey, Zoë says: “It feels like everything has come full circle—being in this building as a little girl and now managing Drake’s in the same building. Knoxville is my home, and I’m so thankful to Bluegrass Hospitality Group for seeing potential in me and for giving me the opportunity and support to make Drake’s a home for all of Knoxville.”

Outside of work, Zoë’s biggest pride and joy is her son, Luca, who is affectionately known as the self-appointed “Mascot of Drake’s Knoxville.” He loves spending time with the Drake’s team, snacking on mini burgers and pickle chips, and cheering on his mom’s success.
