Bryce Campion

Bryce was raised in Lexington where he attended Henry Clay High School. He grew up a die hard sports fan and loves playing golf and basketball. He started working in restaurants at 16, and has been with our restaurant group, Bluegrass Hospitality, since 2014. Bryce started at Malone’s Steakhouse as an expeditor in the kitchen. He worked his way up to server assistant, then became a server. In 2017 he moved to Louisville to manage at Drake’s St. Matthews and in his words: “it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made!” Bryce was named Managing Partner of Drake’s Paddock in 2024.
